A: Generally refers to cables with a long-term operating temperature ≥ 90°C, commonly: 90°C: XLPE type;105°C: heat-resistant PVC / modified polymer;
125°C / 150°C: X-XLPE, modified fluoropolymer;200°C / 250°C: silicone rubber (SiR);250°C–300°C+: PTFE / FEP / MFA.

Q: Conductor type?

A: Usually tinned copper or nickel-plated copper to prevent oxidation at high temperatures.

Q: Typical rated voltage?

A: Mostly 450/750V, some up to 0.6/1kV.

Q: Can they be used outdoors?

A: Yes, if UV-resistant, weather-resistant sheathing is used. Silicone and fluoroplastic have good weather resistance.
