Low Voltage H05V-U PVC Insulated Flexible Wire

H05V-U is an EU standard single-core wire. It is made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulation. The long-term allowable working temperature of the conductor is 70℃. It has basic flame-retardant properties. The insulation can be provided with various identification colors according to the specifications. It is suitable for fixed installation in dry environments with protection. It can be used for internal wiring of equipment, wiring for switch cabinets and distribution boards, lighting circuits, and can be laid through conduits, in plaster layers, or exposed. It is not allowed to be directly exposed in cable trays or line channels. The maximum temperature of the conductor during a short circuit can reach 160℃. It is mainly used for wiring connections in indoor low-voltage electrical systems.

The H05V-U wire is suitable for fixed installation scenarios in dry environments that are protected. It is mainly used for internal wiring in distribution cabinets, distribution boards, internal wiring of various electrical equipment, and indoor lighting circuits. It can be installed through conduits, within the plastering layer of walls, and for protected exposed wiring. It cannot be directly laid bare in cable trays or conduits. It is widely used for line connections in indoor low-voltage electrical systems with a rated voltage of 300/500V.
