Product Description

 

H03V2V2H2-F is a 300/300V flat-shaped high-temperature-resistant multi-strand flexible wire. The conductor is made of 5-class ultra-fine bare copper wire. The insulation and outer sheath are both made of 90℃ heat-resistant PVC material. The core wire has a parallel flat structure, featuring excellent heat resistance, anti-aging properties, and high flexibility for bending. It complies with EN50525 coordination standards and RoHS environmental requirements. It is specifically designed for use as internal and external power connection cables for high-temperature working conditions in export to EU lighting fixtures, kitchen heating small appliances, etc.

 

Application

 

*Lighting Equipment (Core Application)

Compatible with export EU lamps, chandeliers, spotlights and other lamp cords and connection wires. 90℃ heat-resistant PVC can withstand the heat from the lamps and delay the aging and cracking of the cables.

*Small Heating Kitchen Appliances

Used for the internal and external wiring of heating appliances such as coffee machines, electric kettles, and warm air blowers, suitable for high-temperature working conditions around the equipment.

*Other Small Electrical Appliances

Applicable for wiring of temperature control instruments, portable appliances, etc.; flat wire materials are easy to be assembled in narrow spaces, and multi-strand soft copper is resistant to repeated bending.
