This new equipment is equipped with a multi-axis servo closed-loop control system, which completely revolutionizes the traditional mechanical linkage production method. It features high production accuracy and strong operational stability. The servo multi-axis synchronous closed-loop control ensures precise and stable tension, winding angle, and wrapping throughout the process. The appearance and electrical performance of the cables are more consistent, and the yield of the finished products far exceeds that of traditional frequency conversion cable manufacturing machines. It can produce at high speed and with stability. The replacement and debugging take less time, and there is less scrap during start-up and shutdown. The equipment utilization rate and production efficiency are significantly higher compared to traditional equipment. This equipment is equipped with a 630mm reel, which can be widely adapted for the processing of various types of multi-core cables such as control cables, computer signal cables, network data communication cables, special cables for photovoltaic and wind power, household appliances, equipment accessories, and special flexible industrial cables, fully covering the production needs of high-end cables.
